This marinade can be used for chicken, pork or beef
This is a great marinade for meat. I have used it for chicken, pork and beef and it works equally well for all three.It’s so easy to throw this all together, put it in the fridge overnight & forget about it – and the next day you’ll have a really tasty and tender piece of meat (and believe you me, if it’s tough-as-old-boots Tanzanian beef, it’ll need some marinating !)

Ah, thanks for posting that recipe ! (Sorry the photo isn’t so great) This weekend we fired up our BBQ and I did a lovely grilled pineapple with rum butter dessert – served with cream, it was delicious ! I will post the recipe on my blog soon. There’s nothing quite like the taste of food cooked out on the open coals, is there ? Bye for now, Lynda
