How to make beer bread in just about 45 minutes?
4 simple ingredients are required; 3 cups of self-rising flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 can of very inexpensive beer.
Mix your dry ingredients together thoroughly.
Add your beer and yes, you can use non-alcoholic beer.
Pour approximately 3/4ths of the can into your dry ingredients.
Mix this thoroughly until it’s incorporated.
Add the remainder of the beer as necessary until you have a nice wet glob.
Yes, that’s a real word.
If you want to spice things up a bit and add some additional flavor profiles, add some dried parsley, dried onion flakes, and a little granulated garlic powder.
Mix ingredients thoroughly but don’t overwork this.
Pour your bread batter directly into a bread pan of your choice, place on a grill gas or charcoal or even in your oven at home at 350 degrees and cook for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
Until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let your bread rest a few minutes.
Slice and serve.
And if you can’t eat all of this bread in one sitting, toast it up the next day with a little butter and honey, delish.
Hey, that’s it.
Thanks for watching.
