This recipe makes one fine lip smack-in Baked Pork Chop recipe. You'll notice a slight bit of heat from the red pepper flakes in the bread crumb coating mixture and the small white onions paired up with the sweet medley potatoes, adds just the right touch to complete this meal.
Ingredients
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp basil, dried
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, dried
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 boneless pork chops

  • 1 lb potatoes medley, quartered
Instructions

  2. Mince 6 cloves of garlic and sauté in 1 tbs olive oil plus 2 tbs butter for just a couple of minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  3. Add the herb mixture of dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley and red pepper flakes to the sauteed garlic and cook for a couple of minutes longer.
  4. Remove your Cast iron skillet from the heat.
  5. Add the bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.
  6. Wash and dry your boneless pork chops, then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
  7. Rub in your bread mixture onto the boneless pork chops and coat all surfaces.
  8. Peal onions and quarter potatoes
  9. Drizzle some olive oil all over your small white onions and potato medley.
  10. Then sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
  11. Place the breaded boneless pork chops in a greased casserole dish.
  12. KitchenAid Nesting Ceramic 4-Piece Bakeware Set.
  13. Then sprinkle the onions and potatoes around the pork chops.
  14. Bake in center of grill for about 45 minutes, until the pork chops where done, which was 155°F for me.
