Marinated Asparagus

This marinade is a wonderful way to add additional flavor to your grilled asparagus recipe.
Ingredients
  • 1 1/ 2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • ⅓ cup Balsimic vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp course black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 3 Bay leaves (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash and trim asparagus
  2. Slice each asparagus in half lengthwise
  3. Place all ingredients into a one gallon ziplock bag
  4. Mix well and refridgerate for one hour
  5. Grill on medium high heat using an Island Grillstone or a vegetable tray for the grill.
  6. Toss frequently while grilling
  7. Grill for approximately 10 minutes
