Grilled Fiery 5 Pepper Seafood

A quick and easy recipe for summertime grilling – perfect for a weekday dinner when time is short. Great on salmon as well as shrimp kabobs.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound salmon fillets or large shrimp, peeled, deveined and threaded onto skewers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Fiery 5 Pepper Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Brush salmon or shrimp kabobs with oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning.
  2. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Or grill shrimp kabobs over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning frequently.
Notes
Kitchen Tip: For some sweet heat, add 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar to Seasoning. Continue as directed. Grilled Fiery 5 Pepper Shrimp Kabobs: Toss 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with oil and Seasoning. Thread onto skewers. Grill shrimp kabobs over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning frequently.
