Bacon Wrapped Country Style Baby Back Ribs
Sometimes food needs to be on a stick! Tailgate food is a perfect example of this, something to hold and eat while walking around talking to friends. These Bacon Wrapped Country Style “Baby Back” Ribs are a perfect example of Tailgate food heaven. No they are not rally “Baby Back” Ribs and they aren’t quite Country Style ribs either but I got a big chuckle when I read the label at the grocery store calling them “Country Style Baby Back Ribs” so I stuck with their clever marketing verbiage.
The sauce I used is from “Not Ketchup” and is fruit based that worked out perfectly as a glaze for this recipe. You can find out more information about them by going to http://www.NotKetchup.com

Gary,
I may have missed it on the video, but what was temperature in the grill dome you cooked the ribs and potatoes? The ribs look spectacular by the way.
