2013 World Food Championships Las Vegas, Nevada

The Olympics of Food is here and I will be attending three of the five event days, one day for a Judges meeting, one for the KCBS Certified BBQ Judge class and the final day as an official judge for two categories at the World Food Championships. Yes, there will be plenty of time mixed in for visiting old friends and making new ones while there also. It is a great privilege to be chosen as one of the event judges and I couldn't be prouder of the opportunity. Judging is a thankless job where you can make more enemies than friends but I am happy to do it.

What is the World Food Championships?

The World Food Championships is the highest stakes food competition in the world. This four day, $300,000 competition will showcase some of the world's best culinary masters squaring off in Downtown Las Vegas for food, fame and fortune!
