Mixed Berry Cobbler with a Crisp Topping

Sante´ Cookware just posted my Mixed Berry Pie with a Crisp Topping recipe on their blog! I used their Sante Cabin Kitchen Cast Iron Pie Pan and on the grill it worked out fantastic! Ingredients
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 – 12 oz bags mixed berries
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Misc:
  • 1 stick soften butter
  • 2 large Ziploc bags
  • 1 readymade pie crust
  • 1 pie tin
  • Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Place all of your filling ingredients into first Ziploc bag and mix together.
  2. Place pie crust into a greased pie tin and pour filling onto it.
  3. Place topping ingredients into 2nd Ziploc bag and mix together until mixture is crumbly.
  4. Pour topping over filling to coat. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees
