I recently received the New Camp Chef Somerset III Patio Stove! With three 30,000 BTU burners and a 16” deep cooking surface, you can go wrong. Built to accommodate the Camp Chef 16” Cooking System product line, including the Italia Pizza oven, BBQ Grill Box, Griddle system and so much more! Here is my quick video profile and assembly.

Hey, I’m proud to introduce the Camp Chef Somerset III Patio Stove.
Through outdoor patio design this come to 3 cast iron aluminum 30,000 BTU burners, matchless ignition, roll wheels for easy mobility, fits the 16 inch Camp Chef cooking system accessories which includes the Italian pizza oven, the barbecue grill box, the griddle and of course, all of your favorite Camp Chef accessories and more.
Now, let’s get this thing assembled.
Through the miracle of high-speed recording here we go.
Yeah, box is just a little bit heavy, but I got it, don’t worry.
Okay, open the box.
Play with the dog.
Finish opening the box.
Play with the dog.
And get all your parts out.
Be careful, lifting the burner section it is quite heavy, unpackaged it and lift up on the burner grates to remove your owner’s manual and yes, you need to read this.
Then remove your grates.
Then flip your burner unit over on some cardboard and start assembling the legs.
Just make sure you get the correct leg in the right position.
You’ll find the nuts and bolts packaged in the box with the shelving.
This is going to have the wheels and the axle rod and other pieces.
Just a few bolts each on each leg, hand tighten these loosely.
Then open the box that has the front panels and the bottom panel, time to put those on.
Again, just a couple of screws on these, but put them in loosely.
Once those are on we can put the bottom panel on.
Make sure you have it facing the correct direction.
A few more screws.
It is time to put the axle and the wheels on, tighten up the axle nuts and then put on your hubcaps.
Very carefully flip the unit over and assemble the shelf brackets.
2 screws each here, put those in loosely and place the shelving unit in place to get the brackets adjusted in the right position before you tied it fully.
Now, very quickly add the bottom brace bar on, tightened everything up, put your burner grates on and enjoy your beautiful Somerset III gas grill from Camp Chef.
