Items needed: Charcoal chimney.
One and a half sheets of newspaper, crumpled up into a loose ball.
Add a few drops of vegetable oil to your wad of the paper.
Add charcoal to the chimney first. Why?
Just look at what comes out of this bag.
All of that charcoal dust will prevent the chimney from firing up properly.
Once charcoal is added to the charcoal chimney, add your newspaper.
And give it a good light.
When is it ready?
When the tips of the charcoal, on the top, starts turning white.
Hey, that’s it.
Thanks for watching.
This is Gary House with Cooking Everything Outdoors show.
