Plank cooking has been around for hundreds if not thousands of years, on every continent in the world at some point or another. I enjoy plank cooking and have done my share of it over the years but I have never been so excited to grill on a plank as I am now. This yearning is completely the fault of Larry Hinzman, owner of GrillingPlank.biz and his amazing package of grilling planks he sent me. Pure torture!
