I have certainly known that feeling myself, that need to do something, when I am somewhat anxious and uncomfortable with doing nothing. You know, that “hurry up and wait” kind of space (No pun intended), that gets you know where fast. Some people eat, some chew their nails and on and on, but I am with Jim here, I want to cook. Go outside and grill up a snack or take a little bit longer and break-out those Dutch ovens and try a new recipe, one of the advantages of my current profession. I doubt if I will ever go into space to grill up some delicious ribs or grill a giant hamburger, but I certainly will be doing it here at home all year around!
We have fair weather here where I live almost all year around, well it does get hot, 105°F is not uncommon during the summer, no snow though. Making outdoor cooking something that can be done year around, spring, summer, fall and winter.
